VoiceCentra is a subscription-based AI-powered phone receptionist platform. The Service answers inbound calls, books appointments, and routes caller inquiries on your behalf using artificial intelligence.
VoiceCentra is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select.
We may offer a free trial period at our sole discretion. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.

All technology, software, trademarks, and content comprising the Service are owned by VoiceCentra LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceCentra LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoiceCentra LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
VoiceCentra LLC reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service — or any feature, pricing, plan, or functionality thereof — at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes changes to subscription pricing, included features, usage limits, and AI behavior. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules. Class action waiver applies.
VoiceCentra LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service — in whole or in part — at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
